IT Infrastructure Analyst / Technical Support based in Bradford
£22,000 - £28,000 + Company Benefits Package
One of Europes leading distribution companies are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Engineer to join their team in Bradford. The Role -
Supporting 2000+ End users
excellent communication skills
can do attitude
Strong issues diagnoses/troubleshooting ability,
Willingness to take ownership of issues through to resolution.
Proven history of delivering an excellent customer experience,
Ability to work on own initiative
Experience providing both hands on and remote support for desktops, laptops and other IT hardware including builds, installation, troubleshooting and configuration.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and the Microsoft office suite including Office365
End User account administration
Awareness of standard networking technologies (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DHCP and DNS)
Proven experience of both phone and hands on experience of providing Desktop Support in a large corporate environment.
Ability to work on own initiative, address and resolve problems in a busy environment.
Skills that would be a bonus, though not essential:-
Awareness of Microsoft server technology
Knowledge of VoIP Phone System technologies
knowledge of mobile device management namely Intune and Airwatch
Experience of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
