About the role:

We are looking for a Product Assistant to join our team! A Product Assistant is an integral role within our Range team. It's a fantastic opportunity for anyone that's interested in a career in Product Ranging and Design. You will contribute to the performance of your team by supporting your Product Lead in the day to day management of their ranges.

Specifically, you will be responsible for understanding and interpreting customer insight, managing product data information to ensure that key details are up to date, liaising with individuals within our Operating Companies across Europe to understand their specific requirements of their customer markets, analysing current range performance and supporting high levels of communication across a matrix team.

Be assured no day will be the same but if we were to detail what your accountabilities will be, it looks something like this. Co-ordinating, centralising and collecting the data and actions in relation to the range category within the deadlines. Advising and bringing quick solutions to stakeholders in order to optimise category efficiency and implementation. You will also be a key contact, ensuring accuracy and fluidity of information about the category as well as optimising working processes to improve organisation of your category!

About you:

We're looking for people who want to accelerate their career within retail but specifically for individuals that are passionate about products that will enhance customer's lives.

To be successful as a Product Assistant you will need to possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and shift priorities according to tight deadlines. You'll need to be a strong and confident communicator with fluent business English and be highly proficient in the use of MS Office, Outlook and the Internet.
