We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer.

This role will be based at Crown Point Depot offering support and guidance on the current fleet of trains, both electric and diesel traction. Working from other locations on and off the route as and when required. Central to this position will be incident investigation, root cause analysis as well as suggesting and creating short and longer-term mitigations in conjunction with the Systems Engineers.

Successful candidates will be organised and proactive and current knowledge of DMU and / or LHCS will be a distinct advantage.
