There are lots of good things happening #behindthebet. By investing in technology, processes and our people, we'll realise a truly ambitious future vision in digital marketing. The best news is that you can be a part of it.

As a Pay Per Click (PPC) Manager Italy you'll report into William Hill's Head of Sports or Gaming PPC, and will revel in your responsibility for PPC business development for Italy. Creating and managing best-in-class Italian PPC campaigns, you'll need to be always on the ball and thinking about future opportunities (no crystal balls necessary.) You'll need to be able to speak fluently in Italian.

You'll be monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement. So you'll be someone who is continuously looking to make changes and have great ROI for your campaigns. We also want you to use your knowledge of digital marketing to spot new opportunities and innovation within PPC, constantly improving our offering.

You'll have hands-on knowledge of PPC systems such as Adwords, Doubleclick for Search and Google Analytics. You should be data orientated and highly fluent with Microsoft Excel. You'll also have experience of working on big budget PPC campaigns and be able to demonstrate your continuous improvement approach. Ideally you will have knowledge of the gambling and gaming industry but we'd still love to hear from you if you don't. It's your experience of PPC in a large online organisation (either from an in-house or agency perspective) that's important to us.

Make a difference to our customers across all digital touchpoints; working with a brand new team, in our brand new central London office. Sound good? We'll fill our end of the bargain too and make a difference to you by giving you a heavily-discounted zones 1 - 6 Travelcard. On top of our other great benefits of course.

Join us behind the bet and find out how we're making a difference.
