The Company:
Our client is a well-established, international manufacturing company in the fashion industry based in Central London.

Main duties:
To be in charge of the day-to-day Credit Control activities and maintain an accurate record of customer accounts to ensure efficient customer service

The Role:
- To manage a portfolio of accounts within the designated area.
- To ensure the company maintains a strict credit policy.
- To post payments for wholesale and distributors accounts.
- To release stock to customers.
- To liaise with Sales and Customer Service departments regarding credit issues.
- To obtain and review financial data to establish customer credit limits.
- Daily contact with customers to resolve credit issues.
- To regularly update customer database to keep a tight record of outstanding payments and agreed resolutions.
- To gather financial information for review to support new account opening processes.
- To maintain the customer master data.
- To manage internal staff accounts.

The Candidate:
- Fluent in Swedish and English (Written & Spoken). Norwegian a bonus.
- IT literate: SAP and Excel.
- Analytical and numeracy skills.
- Previous accounts payable experience.
- Time management skills, able to manage priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Excellent team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Be proactive & exceptionally organised.
