Fantastic opportunity for a proactive and professional Team Assistant to join the dynamic Tech team of a global Investment Bank, which is experiencing an exciting period of growth. As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the managers during a phase of recruitment whilst providing 1st class administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating interviews for numerous roles across the division
- Setting up testing for managers and candidates
- Coordinating managers' diaries and liaising with agencies and communicating feedback
- Overseeing internal communications (newsletters, welcome emails)
- Extensive telephone and email management
- Diary management - organising meetings, travel etc
- Communicating across the division at all levels and building internal relationships
- Assisting with IT issues
- Expense reporting and management

Requirements:

- Extensive knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to be proactive, use initiative, prioritise and multi-task
- Strong Team Assistant background preferably within the financial services industry
- Professional, articulate and genuine team player
- Strong and confident communicator
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
