12 Months Fixed Term Contract This is an opportunity to join a truly global business at the forefront of the FMCG industry, and part of a group that is top of the list in market cap. This PMO Finance Analyst role will be a integral part of delivering a global transformation project across the companies FMCG market. The role is to support the PMO Manager and the Programme Directors to track, mamage and govern porfolios through guidance in best pracatice, tools and methodlogies with a specific focus on project cost administration and reporting and resource planning. Your main responsbilities will include, but not restricted to, maintaining the appropriate level of project cost control by recording and reporting portfolio spend. This will include supporting staff in the P2P process, ensuring basic controls and governance on cost management and raising and expediting SAP transactions. You will provide forecasing supporting and quartely Latest Estimate (LE) for the IT Change Budget. You will also be the point of contract for the PPM tool CA Clarity. We are keen to speak to you if you have the following background/capabilties: * Experience working on IT Projects and within a PMO function * Evident experience working financial project focus * Prince 2, PMP or any project management focused qualification training would be beneficial, with ideally ACCA or CIMA study status (finalist or part qualified) * PPM tool experience ( Clarity would be ideal - but not absolutely essential, if experience with other PPM) * Ability to get involved in a wider PMO function, "rolling up sleeves", not purely working with spreadsheets * A desire and ambition to develop skills and experience in a global FMCG brand For more information on this opportuntity, please send your updated CV ASAP.
