This STEM Academic Mentor role involves you supporting teaching as part of an incredibly popular department. You will have the responsibility of enhancing your teaching abilities through the instructions of an allocated mentor (within your department) and running 1:1 classes and group sessions. In this post you will be practising in a team led by a focused Head of Science who often makes a substantial effort to include all team members from the very beginning. Your duties will include developing the academic progress and leading in the development of high-achieving pupils.
