I'm looking for an experienced IT PMO Manager to work in my client's prestigious Glasgow office to provide project support across the UK business. You will be leading the Project office providing a stable framework supporting the project teams and stakeholders in the UK and 2 global offices. Responsibilities include: Governance & control, quality assurance, reporting, continuous improvement Line management of a PMO Analyst Provide support to Programme & Project Managers Manage the project roadmap Assist in budget tracking Monitor capacity planning Required experience includes: Solid PMO and project management experience in a similar organisation Strong understanding of the project lifecycle Detailed knowledge of project, programme and portfolio management tasks Proficient in the use of standard project planning and measurement tools A strong influencer with exceptional people skills and the ability to challenge and inspire others Ability to deal with all levels of the organisation from developers, team leaders, platform managers through to senior sponsors Strong numeracy skills, able to analyse, track and report complex budget information in a clear and consistent manner Ability to deal with teams in multiple locations and time zones Supportive and coaching mind-set Able to work to tight deadlines It would be highly advantageous to have either Prince 2 or PMP qualifications.
