Legal Cashier sought for a fixed-term-contract with an immediate start. A specialist firm of dedicated lawyers offering expert advice and representation to clients in Hull and the surrounding areas; our client is committed to the provision of legal assistance to those in need. Having obtained accreditations including Lexcel, they are recognised for their excellence of service and client care. Based close to the city centre, they have excellent access to local and national transport links. The Role We are now tasked with sourcing a talented and detail-focused Legal Cashier to join our clients` thriving practice on a locum basis to commence asap for around 12 months. Hitting the ground running within a busy firm, the successful Legal Cashier will manage a full workload to include: management of client and office accounts; reconciliations; BACS and CHAPs transfers and; ensuring all work is completed in compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules. This is a temporary position, suited to a motivated Legal Cashier with immediate availability for a 12-month contract. Please contact Ajay for further information quoting reference AP26961. The Candidate You must be a Legal Cashier with at least 12 months` solid experience gained within a well-regarded firm. You must have excellent technical and organisational skills with expertise ideally encompassing all aspects of legal accounts. A good working knowledge of the SAR is desirable. You will be IT literate. You will ideally be familiar with LAA requirements. You will be a team player and able to manage a demanding workload with minimal supervision. Immediate availability for around one year is essential. You will be personable and flexible, displaying meticulous attention to detail.
