Working as the Support Team Leader across a national organisation, you'll work within the Microsoft technologies side, focusing on Office 365, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services and Azure. This role will manage a team of four 3rd line Support Analysts. You'll be delivering support to over 3500 end users. There will be a mixture of BAU and adhoc project work, supporting as the Microsoft Product SME. Requirements Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online and office products. Highly proficient with Microsoft O365, covering; RMS, Intune, ADFS, Skype for Business, Azure, Powershell, SharePoint. Experience of managing a support team.
