IT Release Analyst, ITIL, sought for award winning, City-based finance institution. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a newly created, exciting and challenging role. This new role arises from a significant increase in scope and scale of its operations, and new projects in the pipeline. The role comprises:

*Planning the release windows and cycles.
*Managing risks and resolving issues
*Managing relationships and coordinating work between teams
*Release Readiness reviews and Milestone Reviews.
*Release Reporting.
*Continuous improvements in the release process.
*Maintaining a release repository

As the ideal candidate you will come from a Release Management background and be ready for the next step up in your career. You will be comfortable and adept at liaising with suppliers and colleagues (your key interactions will be with: the Test Team, the Database Team, Service Delivery Team, and Third Party Suppliers).

Skills required:
*ITIL experience (certification ideal)
*Customer focused, with strong operational service delivery
*Continually drive change and improvement

This position is all about having the right attitude and approach and would ideally suit a Release Analyst who is: keen and enthusiastic, hard-working, honest, straightforward, and professional.

(Whilst not essential a financial services background and an appreciation of audits and regulatory frameworks would be useful.)
