This role co-ordinates the delivery of Prudential UK's financial reporting of its quarterly, half-yearly, annual results, regulatory reports, Board reporting and Prudential Group reporting, so it's a key role in the Finance Reporting function. Working through a matrixed environment, you will work across the organisation to ensure the delivery of key information and reports, completed to time and quality. You will devise and manage plans, ensuring engagement and commitment to deliver from across the organisation. Using your significant influencing and stakeholder management skills you will ensure the reporting timetable runs to plan. Relationships will be key, both within Prudential UK and beyond, to Prudential Group. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate: Knowledge and experience of financial reporting in a regulated environment A solid understanding of financial reporting processes and tools A highly structured and disciplined approach to delivering through others A track record of managing others through a matrix Relentless focus on quality and delivery Excellent organisation skills & the ability to instil confidence in others through your control of the reporting timetable Experience of delivering process improvements A continuous improvement mind-set and eye for detail Flexibility to handle the unexpected and come up with workable solutions.
