Motor Finance company looking for a complaint handler for their Glasgow branch Your new company You will be working for a leading provider of specialist finance solutions to the UK motor finance market, working with prominent franchised and independent dealers and specialist intermediaries. Your new role You will provide customers with a resolution, where possible, for any complaints they have surrounding their experiences with the company. You will handle these in an effective, well-mannered and timely manner ensuring the customer is content with the solution provided. What you'll need to succeed Candidates with complaint-handling experience within the motor finance industry would be preferred. Must have a proven track-record of dealing with disputes amicably.
