We're seeking to recruit an experienced self-starter, with significant exposure to analytics and development of business processes, engineering, supply and manufacturing, for a global engineering business based in the Glasgow area. You will be supporting business growth and operational effectiveness through the identification, development, and delivery, of application and workflow solutions using technology. We are seeking individuals with: Significant experience of managing solution implementations and support utilising a full software lifecycle Significant experience of business processes modelling and lean workflow development Understanding of business practices in a capital goods, engineering, manufacturing and/or FMCG business The ability to identify, capture, analyse, and document business needs and solutions The ability to writing compelling business cases Effective change management and communication skills within a complex global environment The passion to maintain a sound knowledge of industry best practice, technical innovations and operational efficiency methodologies (Lean/Kaizan principles) This is a Senior-level position within a global brand. You will be challenged with change-resistance from employees and senior management, you will be required to resolve complex business requirements across multiple units as well as managing projects and being the main resource for delivery. This position would suit someone who can further improve manual Lean/Kaizan manufacturing process with the inclusion of technology to create a robust streamlined digital manufacturing process.
