ServiceNow Developer/Administrator Change Recruitment are partnered with their well-established Financial services client based in Clydebank and are now on the lookout for a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator on a permanent basis. The role will be based within the System Management Team which is part of Service Design & Change situated in Clydebank. The team support infrastructure event monitoring & alerting, application performance management services and the IT Service Management application. The role Daily administration and technical support of the IT Service Management Application Analyse system, business and data processing issues as required to recommend improvements & design solutions Build & maintain forms, customisation, workflow and integration capabilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties in order to provide excellent customer service Essential Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes Practical hands-on experience of supporting & maintaining an ITSM application, e.g. Remedy, ServiceNow, Peregrine etc. Proven IT Service Management experience in requirements capture, design and configuration across all ITSM processes , including: Incident Management; Problem Management; Change Management; Service Request Management & Configuration Management Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to influence and drive change Exceptional communication skills Exposure to risk and control concepts Desirable Scripting, e.g Javascript, Orchestration Tools Discovery, Data Mapping & Configuration Management ServiceNow Developer/Administrator Change Recruitment are partnered with their well-established Financial services client based in Clydebank and are now on the lookout for a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator on a permanent basis.
