IT Service Delivery / IT Relationship Manager

My client, a global insurance company is looking for a IT Service Delivery / IT Relationship Manager to be based in the London office. You will be working within the service control team, managing the relationship with the business and IT. It will be your role to own Relationship Management / Customer Satisfaction part of the global service management strategy. This is a customer facing, hands on role where you will be providing operational management to 11 team members.

It will also be your role to lead 3 regional teams, working across a global basis, managing third party vendors and other global technology managers to deliver outstanding IT support services for the company.

Experience needed:

  • Strong experience working in a global position with interactions with multiple locations and cultures
  • Experience managing the relationship element of a Service Delivery environment.
  • Experience of working in a multi-supplier service delivery environment
  • Experience in streamlining complex global colleague-facing IT processes and services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with process improvement techniques,(Lean, Six Sigma) including planning, implementation, measurements, and customer satisfaction.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification preferred.
