My client, a leasing and rental management software company based near Tamworth in Staffordshire are an experience 2nd line support candidate with exceptional customer service skills and a good understanding of SQL Server. Ideally you will have 3-5 years within a similar organisation where customer service is of high priority and understand basic SQL scripting.

You will have a general background in networking and ideally working towards certification as well as a solid background in SQL Server.

The most important attribute for this role is an exceptional customer service background where you have been working with SLA's, a support & ticketing system. In return you will be working within a fantastic team reporting to the support team leader.

Benefits include 25 days holiday rising to 35 plus bank holidays and regular social paid events to name a few.
