As a User Experience Specialist, you will work on a number of UX based projects . You'll be accountable for their consistency while developing expertise within specific areas. And you'll challenge the team to keep thinking broader and pushing boundaries, rather than just sticking to the basic requirements.

What you'll do:

Translate user requirements into compelling interactive journeys
Lead on UX on major projects across the digital channels
Use industry research, brand studies, digital trends and analysis to develop suitable strategies
Define how we create, deliver and govern measurable, simple and useful journeys across our various channels
Work closely with the wider team to create a seamless digital experience

You'll definitely have:

Extensive User Experience knowledge
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong communication and influencing skills
Excellent management skills
