Technical Support Engineer (Telephony)
My client are looking for a Support Engineer to join their busy service desk, providing great customer service to a range of different clients. This is a great opportunity for an engineer to learn and develop within a supportive high-paced environment. The ideal Support Engineer will have some knowledge and exposure to the following:·PBX Telephony or Hosted Telephony·Microsoft Windows OS·LAN’s/ WAN’S·TCP/IP
Responsibilities:·Supporting on-premise and hosted telephony solutions·Effectively manage technical support enquiries·Hardware and software support·Work closely alongside senior engineers and infrastructure specialists
