Software Product Manager (SAAS/CRM/ERP)
EMBS has been retained by one of the UK's most exciting software businesses. Situated in Nottingham but far reaching in terms of clients, this organisation has won Microsoft awards for innovation and technology but also awards for being one the best places to work in the UK.
Always looking to disrupt and agitate, they are well known in their market and are arguably one of the UK's top 5 producers of software in their space. With the emergence of new technology platforms and with substantial external investment they are now looking to go to market with the next generation of fully customisable niche SAAS products (CRM / ERP)
Joining at the prime time in their history, you will set the direction, build the roadmap and collaborate with commercial and technology stakeholders and external customers to build a picture of functional requirements and market requirements before working with the development team to deliver the very best products in line with all customer, regulatory and technical parametres.
You will also be focused at all times on UX (User Experience), Market Research, Creating User Stories & Product Documentation, Product Management, Project Management, Future-proofing, Systems Transition, Migrations and Cutover, Customer Implementation, Product Training and more. To deliver this you will work hand in glove with Product, Dev, Sales and Service Teams to pull everything together.
Products are integrated ERP, Financial and CRM in nature. As such we are ideally looking for a Product Manager who has worked in one or more of these areas. Given the complexity of the products and the development we are also looking for a Product Manager who has worked very closely, or as part of a Software Development team as an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle will be required.
