Head Of CRM
This Head of CRM role will be involved in implementing the new CRM system and ensuring it's effectiveness. They will be responsible for taking the charity's business intelligence to a new level.
My client is a charity with an excellent cause.
- Implementing a new CRM system
- Developing the CRM system to be efficient in gathering audience insight
- Improving business intelligence to ensure that the fundraising strategy is performing to it's peak
- Regularly talking to the wider organisation about the importance of the CRM and how it can improve the overall mission
The successful candidate will have ideally have experience in the charity sector and have extensive experience in managing CRM systems and data processing systems and controls.
A salary is on offer of up to £55,000 per annum + benefits.
