Chameleon partners with many of the major top 20 pharmaceutical clients to create the scientific foundation and clinical communications that support the successful development and launch of their brands. We work across a range of media including journals, congresses, and digital formats. Our work spans the globe across Europe, Asia Pacific, North and South America. Chameleon has several large global publications accounts and we are the publications agency of record for several major pharma clients. We specialize in delivering strategic medical communication plans and aligned tactical delivery, including simultaneous publication, collaboration with the world's leading universities, and creative and impactful data roll-out.

Required Skills:

About the candidate

* We are seeking account team members who have high levels of attention to details, strong grounding in process, highly analytical, self-starters, with advanced skills in systems including Datavision
* Must be confident in compliant publications management, collaboration with Sponsor stakeholders and authors
* Able to work accurately with high volumes of data, metrics and reporting
* Proactive in adopting client systems and processes in all aspects of publications management
* An absolute focus on quality of information and a commitment to publications excellence
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Passion for excellence; extremely detail oriented
* Highly organized, ability to manage workload, manage time, and prioritize tasks
* A bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, life sciences, business, or liberal arts
* 3+ years' experience in account/project management in an agency setting; some pharmaceutical or health carefocused client experience preferred, but not required
