1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst ? Wintel / Microsoft

Our Law firm client, based in Central London, currently have an opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join their team. This will be responsible for implementing / maintaining all aspects of technology, whilst interfacing with all members of staff daily.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with 1st Line Support
  • Exposure with 2nd Line Support
  • Good experience / knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems (Windows 10 and Office 2016 preferred)

This is a permanent role, paying between £22,000 - £28,000 per annum + excellent benefits
