From £41,000 Plus Bonus Subject to Company and Personal Performance, Pension, Health & Dental, 25 Days? Holiday
If you are a technology project management professional with experience of implementing systems, this is a superb opportunity to take on your next challenge with a progressive business.
Premium Credit is the leading insurance premium finance company in the UK and Ireland. Due to ongoing expansion, we?re now looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team in Leatherhead.
Within an open and collaborative environment, you?ll have the chance to take on a diverse, interesting workload and drive the success of a passionate team. So, if you are fed up of the London commute and want a fresh role that is closer to home, this is the ideal position in which to take your next step.
Technology is at the heart of our offering and in this role, you will have a broad remit working across our technology projects. Progression will be available in terms of the numbers of projects you will manage and there will be plenty of training provided on an individual needs basis as opposed to a ?one size fits all? process.
As our IT Project Manager, you will be tasked with leading technology projects, managing project teams and delivering on time and to budget.
In this role, communication will be key. You?ll be working across multiple projects with varying levels of team and so the ability to work with, and generate respect from, team members at both junior and senior level will be vital.
The projects you?ll work on will run up to £500,000 in 2018 and, depending on your previous level of experience, you will oversee up to six projects concurrently.
You?ll need to be able to retain information, respond to questions effectively and demonstrate to team members and the management that you can remain on top of a challenging workload and deliver to expectations.
To be considered, you will need:
- Technology project management experience, including a track record of working with technical teams
- Experience of implementing systems such as bespoke systems, package systems and integrated systems
- Experience of managing teams
- An application focus to your work
- Full project lifecycle experience
You?ll also need gravitas, strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to comprehend and respond to large volumes of information. A proactive nature will see you aligned with our mentality.
The ideal IT Project Manager will have experience in a Financial Services environment, however this is by no means essential. A project management qualification, such as a PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile PM will also be desirable.
