2nd Line Service Desk Support (3-6 months equivalent to £29K)
The Client: UK wide multi site and well established IT Services Business operating in the Managed IT Services and Project Consulting sector. Delivering a breadth of End User Computing (EUC), Desktop and Infrastructure services across Public Sector, Government and Commercial clients. Great opportunity for a 2nd line support engineer to join the team.
This role will see you undertake IT Support on a vriety of set clients and to a good 2nd Line level working across a range of EUC, Desktop and IT Infrastructure technologies providing first class customer service to clients and resolving technical issues.
Applicants will have an understanding of The following technologies, good communication and customer service skills especially across the following technologies:
- Active Directory
- Windows 7/8.1/10
- Exchange 2013/2016
- Office 365
- Office 2013/2016
- Back Up, antivirus, firewalls
- Any Apple Device & IOS of interest
- Any CISCO basic networking of interest
