IT Support Engineer for a major UK managed services provider

Your role

As an IT Support Engineer you will provide a high level of technical support and guidance to resolve incidents and requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across a number of supported technologies including PC?s/Laptops, Software applications and Mobile devices.

What will I be doing?

In this role you will assist in the delivery of projects relating to the desktop estate and managed print services. You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of ITIL and have experience of working within Active Directory. In addition to this we are looking for an individual who has experience in the administration of Windows 7, 8 and 10 and has extensive working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Ideally you will possess the MCSA qualification or be willing to study towards this.

This role is based from our Hull Carr Lane office but will involve visits to support employees across our northern locations on a weekly basis. You will also be part of a national support team however, therefore it is essential for you to have a full clean driving license and be able to undertake regular overnight stays away from home when cover is needed at our other locations around the country.

? Active Directory

? Exchange 2010

? CompuTrace

? Microsoft Office 2010 upwards

? Virtual Machines

? ITIL Foundation v3
