C#, .Net, TDD, BDD, Agile, Scrum, XP, Javascript, React, Node, SQL - A small Brokerage firm who are a global independent dealer-broker specializing in a broad range of financial products including Cash Equity, ETFs, Equity Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, Futures & Options, Fixed Income, Structured Products and Commodities.

You will join our in-house development team in London. The team is responsible for the design, development and implementation of new Greenfield production systems, for multiple departments: Front-office, Middle-Office, Compliance, Risk etc....We have a strong focus on building quality software through TDD, Continuous integration and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
* Build high-performance, scalable, robust server and web applications
* Participate in application architecture and design review
* Provide third level support on application integration issues
* Assist in enhancing automation of various regular operational and administrative activities
* Work with business analysts, stakeholders and colleague developers, defining user requirements

Technical skills
* C# .NET experience to contribute to the architecture and core programming.
* Experience with continuous integration, TDD, refactoring to patterns.
* Strong problem detection, troubleshooting skills and analytical abilities
* Experience working with relational databases.
* An experience working with modern JavaScript libraries (TypeScript/ReactJS/Angular/Node.js).
* An experience working in Financial Markets/Financial Services or a strong interest in Finance.

Behavioural Skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Ability to learn new technologies and tools
* Ability to finish projects on time with minimal supervision
