Purchase Ledger Clerk
Our client is an exciting forward-thinking business operating within the Property Refurbishment & Energy Efficiency market. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger/Accounts Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
·Enter transactions using Sage 50
·Processing Supplier invoices
·Matching purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices
·Supplier statement reconcilliations
·Supplier query resolutions
·Preparing supplier payment runs
·Processing expense claim forms and accommodation payments.
·Producing monthly reports using Excel
·Other ad hoc duties as required
The successful candidate will have:
·Experience of working in a purchase ledger position
·Experience of working with Sage, Microsoft office including Excel
·Have strong written and verbal communication skills
·Ability to work autonomously and within a team
The position is available immediately and would ideally suit someone who could start straight away. It is full-time and based in Garforth. Free parking is available. Our client is offering an attractive salary and other usual fringe benefits will be available for the successful candidates who can fulfil the requirements of this demanding but exciting role.
