-Adhere to the company corporate identity guidelines and ensure articulation of the company?s desired image and position both internally and externally
-Manage the organisation/attendance of key corporate events including tradeshows, conferences, awards ceremonies, and corporate hospitality. Design and set up exhibition stands at tradeshows.
-Identify opportunities for sponsorship and media buying and manage existing strategic relationships with industry membership bodies and publications.
-Prepare offline communications - presentations, brochures, factsheets etc.
-Develop effective content for online activities including blogs, advertorial and interviews with industry publications
-Manage all internal and external corporate email communications including newsletters, bulletins, etc. Circulate weekly PR roundup to internal staff.
-Write engaging, creative and compelling submissions for industry awards
-Draft monthly press releases in conjunction with Group PR team to announce new partnerships and programme launches. Manage on-going liaison with key contacts (e.g. journalists, primary stakeholders). Liaise with members of the press to facilitate interviews and provision of insights on industry related topics.
-Support the sales team with RFI and RFP responses primarily in Word and Powerpoint format.
-Support the collation and development of best practice case studies for sales use.
-Update website content accordingly and contribute to Group social accounts via social media management tool. Assist external agency in managing PPC and SEO to drive traffic to website and maintain high ranking position on search engines.
-Monitor the marketplace and collate latest industry research and reports
-Work with clients to identify any potential marketing requirements.
-Monitor customer satisfaction with implementation of bi-annual client satisfaction surveys.
