Our Promotions and Sales Event Attendant will represent our client's brand at retail locations while giving excellent customer service to potential customers.

Your primary objective will be to engage professionally with potential new customers on behalf of our well-respected client, explaining various products and conducting initial customer screening applications. It is a fast paced environment so an outgoing personality and high levels of energy and enthusiasm are key to this role!

  • This is a customer faced opening, so applicants should have excellent customer service skills, and conduct themselves with a confident and friendly manner.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty for the brand.

  • Speaking to new customers about different products and services that may benefit them.

  • Delivery of strong product knowledge and customer service skills.

  • Maintain professional standards within the retail stores and events locations at all time.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, resulting in a positive brand experience for the client at all times.

  • A professional and reliable, strong team player

To achieve this, you'll be confident, outgoing, have strong communication skills and a customer focused approach and of course, you'll be passionate about this industry.

  • Must be over 18 due to client requirements.

  • Need to be able to commute to our office in Nottingham Centre on a daily basis.

  • The ability to start immediately is a plus, but we'll consider all notice periods.

For this role you will need to be confident speaking to customers and other members of the office. Smart dress and a professional image are expected due to client requirements.

A strong work ethic and desire to succeed are essential as the role is a self-employed and performance based. In an effort to find the right people to represent our clients and help expand our industry, we routinely invite people to spend a full unpaid day out one of our in store events observing our sales operations. The day is designed to help the decision-making process and participants do not receive compensation for their time or travel expenses, but they get a chance to see if the opening is best for them.
