An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join our team based at our Hinckley site. In return, we offer a competitive salary plus life insurance, pension scheme and initially 20 days holiday rising to 23 days.

The Marketing Executive will report to the Sales & Marketing Director and will be responsible for an Apprentice.

The Marketing Executive's principal duties and responsibilities include:

* Strategy and planning -provide input and help to develop strategies, campaigns and project plans
* Effectively manage own priorities and deadlines
* Project management
* Working with various agencies and manage effective relationships
* Online content creation/uploading to all the websites and social media platforms in the group
* Online marketing
* Ensuring the brand is delivered consistently both off and online for both internal and external communications
* Sales and Marketing Collateral - manage all internal and external collateral from design, print to managing stock levels
* Copywriting and proof reading
* Carry out weekly/monthly research into the industry, competitors and useful topics to support content creation, social media and strategy development
* Providing guidance and support to the sales team in respect of ensuring they have all up-to-date marketing and sales materials and information
* Product management - ensure product data is up-to-date on all external materials and distributed internally
* Supply various reports of work achieved, campaign results and other job-related data
* Provide administration support to the DSM

The successful Marketing Executive will have:

* CIM/IDM Qualification or equivalent in Marketing
* Marketing experience AND/OR hold a Marketing or relevant degree
* Previous experience in a marketing assistant or executive role AND/OR hold a Marketing or relevant degree
* Experience in Microsoft office applications
* Experience of managing print from creation to completion
* Ability to use Adobe Creative suite
* Copywriting skills for print and online
* Brand management knowledge
* Email marketing experience
* Website CMS experience
* Strong organisational and administration skills
* Attention to detail and desire to complete tasks to a high standard
* Highly focused on delivery of outputs to achieve targets
* Can communicate effectively across various divisions and roles within the company
* Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and drive results

The hours of work are 37.5 per week. There will be occasional travel to other sites required in this role.
