SystmOne Support Analyst
SystmOne Support Analyst is required by my client based in Bedfordshire to support and maintain SystmOne and other systems within their business.
The SystmOne Support Analyst will be responsible for:
? Providing customer focused, professional support to all systems within the business
? Developing new forms and templates as required
? Identifying data quality issues within the systems
? Supporting the operations team to use SystmOne and other systems efficiently
? Logging incidents onto the helpdesk
? Providing ad hoc training to users as required
The successful SystmOne Support Analyst will have the following skills:
? Previous use of SystmOne or other clinical systems.
? At least one year?s experience in clinical system management and configuration
? Good interpersonal skills
? Information management and analysis experience
? Good IT skills
? Able to work to deadlines
