Service Desk Analyst
Full-time contract role to start on 27-11-17 until 25-02-18 with a possible extension.
Working in a higher education establishment as a member of the professional support team the role holder will be responsible for providing Service Desk support to the client, staff and students.
- experience of working in a helpline desk environment
- experience with Microsoft Office
- flexibility of working hours
- experience of using standard PC operations systems
