Are you an experienced Enterprise Security Architect looking for a new challenge? This is an excellent opportunity to join this FTSE 100 company as it goes through a very exciting period of IT Security transformation.


As the Enterprise IT Security Architect you will be a key member of the team defining the IT Security Strategy for this FTSE 100 company.

The role will involve

  • Providing strategic IT Security direction and engaging with senior stakeholders - CIO, CISO etc
  • Key member of the team shaping the IT Security and Information Security vision for the organisation
  • Leading on architecture for the IT Security Transformation program
  • Owning and defining enterprise IT Security Visions, Principles and Roadmaps for assigned Security Domains

This role would be ideal for candidates with the following experience:

  • Very strong technical background
  • Very strong IT Security background
  • Expertise in at least three of the folllowing IT Security Domains
  • Network Security (WAFs, Firewalls, Proxy, IDS/IPS, CASB)
  • Information classification, tagging, and Data Loss Protection
  • Identity & Access Management (incl. RBAC, recertification, federation)
  • Malware detection (IDS/IPS)
  • Endpoint security capability (e.g. advanced malware, posture check & isolation, device lockdown, etc.)
  • Cryptography (Key & certificate management, hardware security modules, data encryption & rights management solutions)
  • Vulnerability management, risk management and threat intelligence
  • Application & Database Security (incl. SDLC, code scanning solutions, DB firewall & monitoring)
  • Understanding of Architectural & IT Security risk management and governance
  • Understanding of IT Operations
  • Determined professional attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

At least one current recognized security professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA preferred but not required.

TOGAF qualification a distinct advantage
