New Temp Job for Accounts Payable Assistant in Dunfermline to start ASAP!
Your new company
A large organisation based in Fife is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant on a temporary basis to manage the Accounts Payable process.
Your new role
You will be responsible for receiving and and processing all accounts payable invoices alongside processing weekly payment runs through BACS and cheque. You will be the first point of contact for any purchase ledger queries so will be confident in dealing with these. You will reconcile supplier statements and aged creditors to trial balance on a monthly basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to be experienced in the full accounts payable process with the confidence to work on your own and manage any queries that arise. You should have good IT skills with abilities across Excel, Sage and Sun Accounts (ideally but not essential). You will have good attention to detail and be available to start as soon as possible.
