This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious, forward-thinking and leading training organisation. The person will be responsible for supporting the day to day sales and marketing functions so you will need to be able to work on your own initiative and might have experience in a similar role previously. The role will involve working closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager and other members of the Senior Management.

The ideal candidate must have a 'cando' philosophy and be a proactive, accurate, organised and flexible individual who is comfortable with telesales and can work on cross functional marketing platforms within print and social media.

Tipton Training is UK’s leading Private Dental Training organisation. We have recently upgraded our courses and now offer Level 7 or Master level courses to qualified Dentists. Our courses are usually 12 months long with 10+ face to face days. Delegates training on our courses are qualified dentists. Our products are fairly niche in how they are marketed and sold. With the right guidance and training we expect a candidate will understand the courses and how to position them best in the market. We currently organise our courses in London & Manchester

The role has several aspects to it, listed are key areas where the person in this role is expected to take responsibility. It is anticipated that the candidate with spend at least 50% of their time doing sales support.

Sales Support

    Ability makes sales on phone, cold calling as well as receive incoming calls and make sales using information provided about each training courseAbility to engage dentists looking for training and having a two-way conversation with them about their career ambitions which courses suite themMaking sales calls and having the ability to discuss and identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell
Marketing Support

    Support the Development and implementation of the marketing strategySupport the management of print, digital, events and all other marketing for the company and activitiesWorking on the development of print ads, online/offline PR, e-flyers, SMS campaign, online ads, google ads to be in line with the marketing planWorking closely with web/design agency and assisting with new product launchesKnowledge on GoogleAdWords/SEO and Analytics to measure web traffic and the effectiveness on the campaigns.
Required Skills:

    Educated to degree level, preferably in MarketingComfortable on phone/telesalesComfortable with working in an ambiguous environmentHigh standard of numeracy and literacyExcellent communication and presentation skillsPositive attitude and a 'can do' approachFluent in English - Verbal & Written
