Next on the journey is Milk, Butter, cream and the wider dairy. Müller is the 13th largest dairy business in the world by milk intake and in the UK, it operates within 10 dairies & 70 depots nationwide. Our ambition is to create success stories in this wider dairy market (milk, butter, cream) through brand building and to lead this challenge we have created a new role for a Marketing Manager. We are looking for an individual with excellent leadership, analytical thinking, capacity to create and embrace change and collaboration skills who are looking to join a fast paced environment within a dynamic, ambitious and international team. The role Your key responsibilities will be to: * Complex stakeholder management across the UK business, also including managing the board directly with key projects. * Leading the development of the 3 year plan for portfolio * Overseeing delivery and compliance of all projects across their perimeter of responsibility * Preparing and developing brand plans * Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure full communication and success of marketing plans * Monitor the overall brand performance including profit, external brand consumer metrics and factory sales performance to make informed recommendations * Coaching, management and development of direct reports * Leading the 'consumer is boss' approach within the brand team.
