Service Delivery Manager (London / South East)

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to help deliver IT Managed Support Services to our clients customers in the Greater London / South-East regions of England. The role is a home based role when not on customer site.
The role will involve travel when required to provide support to customers in schools throughout the Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire and Greater London regions. Transport and a clean driving licence is essential for this role.
Candidates should have experience in running managed IT services in a service desk environment, line manager experience and possess excellent organisational and customer service skills. Technical experience of Windows technologies, exposure to the education sector and experience of ITIL concepts and processes is extremely desirable.
The successful applicant will need to undertake a DBS check for this position.
