The Role & You:

You will lead and manage an experienced team to deliver the Amici Equipment Procurement solutions. You’ll be responsible for directing the strategy to deliver value through the eyes of the customer. Specifically, process excellence, LEAN, project management, tender management evaluation and order management. You never settle for the status quo, readily implementing processes, templates and ways of working which can be disseminated through the organisation.

You’ll be passionate about people development, happy to coach and lead training sessions both internally and with customers. You’ll be comfortable in multi-stakeholder meetings, using facilitation and consultation techniques to get the best input from all participants.

You’ll seamlessly tailor your communication to the audience, delivering complex ideas in a clear and simple message.

You’re results driven, prioritising the highest value projects, with clear objectives, and a laser focussed approach.

Your Experience

·Expertise in procuring capital equipment and service contracts

·Minimum of 8 years’ industry experience in procurement, lab management or scientific sales

·People management experience.
