1st and 2nd Line Technical Support Analyst - Iconic Luxury Retailer
Office (2013, 2016, O365), Windows 7 / 10, AD (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy), Telephony, POS / EPOS.
As a Support Analyst with 3 + years experience you will a first class support service both remote and deskside. The client is a luxury retailer so you will support both desktop and EPOS systems. You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team of four 1st / 2nd Service Desk Support Analysts.
Salary to £30,000 plus £4k on-call and benefits.
