Software Developer - C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server
Bedford, Bedfordshire

Software Developer required by a market leading company based in Bedford. The Software Developer will have solid experience of C#, ASP.NET MVC and/or Webforms, and SQL Server in an Agile and/or Waterfall development environment.

A few details about the role
This interesting, challenging and diverse role will include:

  • Working in a friendly and engaging development team, on both team based object oriented development projects as well as solo projects.
  • Working on both greenfield projects as well as maintaining existing systems and applications
  • Exposure to development languages and technologies such as C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
  • Working on internal and external systems and applications

What you will need to be the successful Software Developer
Being interested in this position is unfortunately not enough; you will also need:

  • A minimum of 18 months commercial experience of object-oriented C#, ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Webforms and SQL Server
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and/or AngularJS
  • A team player who can also work on own initiative
  • A problem solver who loves to provide solutions
  • A passion to learn and progress your own skills and experience
