Head of Digital Marketing - London. A well-established property firm is looking for an accomplished Digital Marketing Manager with demonstrable expertise in driving online sales and conversion rates to join its senior leadership team.

In this business critical role you will report directly to the CTO and will have full responsibility for developing the online marketing strategy and vision of the Group. You will provide inspirational leadership to the digital marketing team and will measure the success of marketing strategies with a view to creating a culture of continuous innovation and improvement.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful online marketing teams and will be a confident and energetic communicator. The role will incorporate both B2B and B2C marketing within the property sector, and it is expected that you will have an incisive understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with the proven ability to develop and enhance digital content, mobile communications and SEO.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Full responsibility for planning & implementing the Group's digital marketing strategy
*Proactively managing and enhancing the company's social media presence and reputation
*Ensuring the delivery of a stimulating and innovative digital experience, aimed at increasing market share
