Help Desk Coordinator

Location: Whiteley or Lower Swanwick

Salary: £20,292 per annum

We are recruiting a Helpdesk Coordinator for our client site either based in Whiteley or Lower Swanwick, Hampshire. To help ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective facilities service helpdesk. This role may be based at either our Whiteley / Swanwick sites.

Principle Accountabilities:

?Action all helpdesk telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner

?Monitor all helpdesk e-mail inbox accounts and ensure e-mails are actioned within a timely manner

?Logging all help desk tasks on the Concept helpdesk system and ensuring these are allocated to the correct resource, making corrections where the system has misallocated a task to a resource.

?Working to ensure we maintain a high level of communication with our customers; keeping them informed at all times

?Liaising with managers/operatives/sub-contractors to ensure all jobs are updated / current and correct

?Appropriately escalating any issues where suppliers have failed to respond within reasonable timescales.

?Producing a variety of reports as required

?To ensure that we comply with defined KPI targets

?This role will deliver outstanding support to our business throughout the week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:00-17:00, however flexibility to meet the needs of our business is essential.


?20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
