Senior Web Developer- C#, ASPnet, MVC - up to £45,000

The IT department is composed of four distinct teams, each working closely with different internal clients and offering different opportunities. Staff members occasionally move between the teams to allow skill-sharing throughout the department.
They are committed to lean methods of working encompassing the benefits of Kanban, Agile and Scrum for the projects where you will be involved and regularly asked to contribute your thoughts for continuous reflection and improvement on the processes and practices within the team and wider department.
You will be working closely with designers, marketing, support staff and also the company directors with a degree of autonomy in your role to influence technical direction.
The Web Developer role requirements
- At least 5 years Industry experience of commercial software development.
- Strong Knowledge of C#, ASP.Net
- Good knowledge and experience of MVC and an ORM (such as entity framework or nHibernate)
- You should be proactive and great at problem solving
- The ability to learn quickly and master new skills
- A good understanding of OOP, clean code principles and design patterns
- A keen appetite for self development and investing in your own knowledge
- You need to be a great communicator and have solid interpersonal skills
