We are currently recruiting in our Group IT Department for a SAP Hybris Commerce Engineer. We are looking for an experienced individual to work in partnership with the Business providing SAP Hybris support, innovation, leadership and expertise on day-to-day business activities and project initiatives. Your challenge In this role the key responsibilities will include: * To proactively identify business process improvement opportunities and lead business process change. * To understand client requirements. * To identify and utilize SAP or industry best practice. * To lead investigations, stakeholder analysis, requirements analysis, feasibility studies and impact assessments. * To review proposed benefits and highlight any risks/issues in new/redesigned processes/solutions. * To apply the use of standards, methods and tools for requirements capture, process modelling, fit-gap analysis, risk/impact evaluation, etc. * To provide assessment of costs, timescales and resource requirements. * To ensure solutions implemented across organization are aligned to UTM standards and Audit requirements. * To manage full life-cycle project implementations and/or Lead project work stream delivery. * To be responsible for collaboration across Project Teams, UTM and Business. * To be responsible for Blueprint design, WRICEF creation and delivery. * To be responsible for creating Functional and/or Technical specifications. * To provide management of 3rd party suppliers and internal technical resource. * To review overall Project/CI deployments. * To provide overall direction, guidance and definition of SAP functionality to effectively support business strategy. * To communicate current status of project and continuous improvement commitments. * To provide preparation and delivery of all prerequisite technical documentation and post-deployment support/training documentation. * To undertake hands-on system and master data configuration, specification, modification and testing of new developments/fixes. * To execute system configuration, development, prototyping and testing in prescribed pre-Production environments. * To provide development of test plans/scripts, performing tests, documenting results and defect management. * Regression testing: execute IT tests and coordinate user testing activities. * To evaluate requirements and provide best practice solutions compliant with UTM Global Templates and leveraging SAP standard product offerings. * To evaluate deployment of technical solutions against success criteria. * To be responsible for accuracy of process documentation and system landscape documentation. * Software licensing: to monitor compliance for applications in your subject area. * To mentor, develop and support Business Analysts in your subject area. * User training: to identify training opportunities to improve efficiency & self-sufficiency. Deliver fit-for-purpose training material and sessions. Key skills & experience * IT degree or equivalent is essential. * Hybris business analyst training is essential. * Full Driving License. * Experience with implementation and enhancement projects of SAP hybris commerce. * Deep knowledge in e-commerce solutions and good knowledge of the SAP hybris solutions. * Interface knowledge to run SAP hybris commerce in a distributed system landscape (DataHub in place) * Knowledge of Hybris Commerce Administration (Back office). * Good project management skills * Confident / self-starter / good, clear communicator - verbal and written. * Excellent customer service orientation. * Capable of building strong partnerships & relationships inside and outside the IT Department. * Strong problem solving ability with logical approach The process If you have the skills and experience in the above areas and would like to be considered for this role please apply at [URL removed]
