Marketing Communications Specialist
£30,000 - £40,000 basic (doe) plus bonus & benefits

The overall purpose of this role is three-fold:
-Support product marketing campaigns by creating and developing a wide range of marketing collateral including sales tools, training materials, webinars, etc.
-Work closely with product managers and other key stakeholders to refine positioning and messaging into strong and compelling value propositions ensure that ensure products stand out from competitor products.
-Manage the overall delivery of marketing events including trade shows, conferences, etc. as well as all relevant marketing communications via various channels in relation to these events.

Working as part of a highly skilled and experienced marketing team and reporting to the marketing director, this is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career and join an established, award winning Cambridge based technology business. As well as the above, you will be responsible for keeping up to date with competitor products and positioning, maintaining a calendar of events that could be of future interest, collaborating with other global offices in relation to their local events, assuming responsibility for regular e-newsletter updates to partners, and scheduling various relevant L&D sessions where appropriate,

As you will be working in a relatively flat team structure of 9 marketers, this role needs someone who enjoys responsibility, is comfortable managing a large workload, and thrives on being busy. You will need to have a background in marketing communications, preferably from within a B2B technical environment of some sort as you will be translating technical features into tangible value propositions for the business and end user markets. As an excellent copywriter with great attention to detail you will need to be well organised and a strong team player who can multi-task and able to manage a varied and heavy workload.

In return you will receive a basic salary of up to £40k per annum (depending on experience) plus a company and individual performance related annual bonus of up to 15% of base salary. The company also have a very competitive benefits package on offer.
