Apprentice Infrastructure Analyst

Due to the continuing success of our expanding portfolio of services, we now have an excellent opportunity for an apprentice to join a growing technology company with a large footprint in the Financial Services industry. If you have the drive and commitment to be an infrastructure professional and a passion to deliver at the highest quality, then you the padawan we need could be.
If successful, you'll join a dedicated and passionate team responsible for the support and enhancement of our complex IT infrastructure. Following a short induction period to help you get used to your new team and environment, and depending upon your own progression, you'll quickly be involved in building and supporting a range of services using the latest technologies to help you develop your IT skills. Plus we want all of our team to have the vision to define and see the bigger picture and not just be spanner monkeys and mindless automatons. As we're still a relatively small organisation, you'll also need to have the self-confidence to speak to a broad range of people up to and including the managing director. A big personality and good sense of humour will serve you well in this hard-working team.

- Active Directory, Network Load Balancing, Hyper-V, IIS
- Microsoft SQL Server Admin
- Microsoft Exchange
- Layer 3 Switching
- Firewall Configuration

Someone with 5 standards (Level 1 - 3) OR 5 National Level 5 grades, both qualifications including Maths and English would be ideal

Daily working hours: Mon-Fri, 9-5.30, £10,000 -14,000 per year
