We have partnered with a heritage brand, looking for a driven and analytical candidate to join their Wholesale team.

To act as the primary point of contact for our wholesale partners to monitor current trade and use insight and analysis to maximise sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities and deliverables
*Liaise with wholesale partners on a regular basis to discuss current trade and work with internal teams to maximise trading opportunities.
*Maintain trading data and provide analysis and insight to support the sales team.
*Responsible for all regular and ad-hoc wholesale sales reporting/analysis.
*Working with partners and sales teams to produce seasonal budgets/forecasts.
*Maintain customer account details.
*Responsible for organising buy meetings and customer trade reviews.
*Responsible for collecting, maintaining and correcting customer orders.
*Monitor sell through data and stock holdings to push replenishment opportunities to wholesale partners.
*Maintain wholesale WSSI.
*Use current and historical performance to identify risks and opportunities in future ranges and suggest action to the Head of Wholesale Sales.
*Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure that wholesale partners have trading support required from marketing, retail ops, property etc.
*Work to the critical path ensuring that all key dates and trading deadlines are met by managing workload effectively.
*Regularly visit stores and key competitors to assess competitor activity and its impact on the department. Develop and propose action plans to the Head of Wholesale Sales.


*You will need to be a graduate.
*Have at least 2 years' experience in a wholesale or customer facing merchandising role.
*Highly motivated and target driven.
*A strong and passionate team player motivated to work in a "start-up" environment.
*Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
*Willingness to take on responsibilities outside a defined job scope.
*You'll have great numerical and analytical ability.
*With the ability to effectively present trading results and analysis.
*You'll have excellent communication and organisational skills.
*You'll be hungry for development and keen to progress.
