Desktop Support Technician
Our client is an international business looking to recriuit a Desktop Support Technician to join their team for a three month contract.
The purpose of your role will be to support, implement and maintain the organisations IT desk side infrastructure and software.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Provide support to the clients via face to face or via telephone
Logging and updating all key information
Resolving the call in a quick and efficient manner compliying with the companys SLA's
To escalate calls to the Third Line Team
3 + Years as a System Engineer or Support Technician in an Active Directory enviroment
Supporting a Citrix XenApp enviroment
Advanced Microsoft Windows operating systems
Citrix XenApp 5 or above
Exchange 2007 or above
Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager
You must be a excellent communicator, have great problem solving skills ad the ability to communicate technical issues.
